  • What I am after life of 11,323 days

Exactly 11,323 days have passed since the day I was born. Who knows how many more days I have for the rest of my life? To think back and reminisce on the bygone days can give you two kinds of feelings. Either you feel nostalgic, and in that case, you want to recreate such memories….

  • Why Bharat Should Pay Attention to Rajiv Malhotra

(My article below was published on hindupost.in on 10 March 2018.) I wonder how many of us in Bharat actually pay attention to Rajiv Malhotra and his brand of Swadeshi Indic thoughts. After Narendra Modi’s uprising, the dissent from the so-called ‘Left’ has kicked off and hence, we can no longer ignore Mr Malhotra. If…

  • ‘Black Panther’ – Glorification or Appropriation?

There were so many things that captured my attention as I sat and watched the ‘Black Panther’ movie from the Marvel series. Firstly, the most captivating thing about the movie was the soundtrack, curated by Kendrick Lamar. Then came the strong African women warriors who guarded the kingdom and treated their duty to be above…

  • Fatwas – The Voice of Intolerance

Issuing fatwas has become fashionable nowadays. If a Mufti wants to gain some popularity, all he has to do is issue a fatwa against a popular celebrity like A.R Rahman. The TRP-hungry media news channels immediately go on a rampage of inviting political party spokespersons, journalists, religious leaders and commentators to debate on the fatwas….

  • Is The MASUKA Fiasco A Distraction

The National Campaign Against Mob Lynching (NCAML) had organised a rally for the Manav Suraksha Kanoon (Masuka) pledge on 12 July 2017. The Masuka law is an anti-mob lynching law proposed for the protection of human lives against crimes perpetrated as mob lynchings. About 30 participants of the rally were detained by the Delhi Police…

Why I Started My Personal Blog

I started personal blogging as a way to give my thoughts a home—a space where my experiences, lessons, dreams, and quiet reflections could live beyond my journal pages. Between building my career, managing finances, exploring new places, and navigating life as a woman constantly learning and evolving, I realized I had stories worth telling. Writing became my way of slowing down, making sense of my journey, and honoring both the milestones and the messy in-between moments. This blog is where I document not just where I go, but who I am becoming along the way.

Over time, blogging grew into something deeper than self-expression. It became a bridge—connecting me with people who may be walking similar paths, feeling similar doubts, or chasing similar dreams. Whether I’m sharing travel reflections, personal finance insights, creative pursuits, or lessons from love and self-growth, my hope is always the same: that someone out there feels seen, encouraged, or a little more confident about their own journey. This space is my reminder that growth doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be honest.
