My thoughts run free here…

Welcome to my blog

This is my corner of the Internet for sharing stories, ideas, and my travel experiences that shape my daily life…

  • Fake Swamis and Cults

This is a random podcast, made in Tamil, but I thought this fit well in this heading of Clearing The Clouds, so I am posting it here, instead of under the Random section that I am yet to create. This podcast discusses about fake swamis and cults, deriving the topic from a recent Neeya Naana…

  • Unpaid labour

As I am writing this post, I am making a mental note to inform you that I am a liberal feminist, and therefore believe that the notion of gender is a socially constructed one. I believe that men and women are equal but have been constructed mentally to believe that men are stronger, smarter than…

  • Random…

I don’t make it a point to comment about movies extensively. Neither am I going to do this for this post. But I just want to say something here. Please go watch Neninthe telugu movie on youtube, which comes with subtitles in english. It is a movie about cinema. It actually made me re-think my…

  • Heer Ranjha

The song Ranjha Ranjha has really fascinated me. I was wondering what the name ‘Ranjha’ meant and did a small google search. I also found its roots in a Punjabi classical song. Why I Started My Personal Blog

I started personal blogging as a way to give my thoughts a home—a space where my experiences, lessons, dreams, and quiet reflections could live beyond my journal pages. Between building my career, managing finances, exploring new places, and navigating life as a woman constantly learning and evolving, I realized I had stories worth telling. Writing became my way of slowing down, making sense of my journey, and honoring both the milestones and the messy in-between moments. This blog is where I document not just where I go, but who I am becoming along the way.

Over time, blogging grew into something deeper than self-expression. It became a bridge—connecting me with people who may be walking similar paths, feeling similar doubts, or chasing similar dreams. Whether I’m sharing travel reflections, personal finance insights, creative pursuits, or lessons from love and self-growth, my hope is always the same: that someone out there feels seen, encouraged, or a little more confident about their own journey. This space is my reminder that growth doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be honest.
