  • My Artwork

This is a picture I copied from a tamil magazine, years ago. I drew it in paint. Hope it is nice. I spent more than two hours working on it. Anyway, i’m good at ‘imitation’ drawing. I’ll post more of my drawings/sketches of disney princesses soon…

  • A random post

Had a good time yesterday, bowling with my secondary school Tamil class friends. I was happy only to a certain extent, though. I didn’t like that outing that much. I felt like there was a divide between us, there were obviously two cliques. I didn’t like it. But everything went well. I can’t say much…

  • A Polygamous Singapore?! No way…

Recently, in the Straits Times, a man named Ong Kean Hin, wrote about legalising polygamy as a solution to boost birth rates. I was so shocked by that news! Oh my goodness! And i was later happy to see that a lot of people were not at all treating the suggestion seriously. There were a…

  • Change is most welcome

Yey!! Just one more exam, and that’s the end of prelims. And i can’t wait for it to be over. I think i would be even gladder (is there such a word?!), when A’levels are over. Life will go back to normal. I feel like i’m standing on the parapet of a well, which is…

Why I Started My Personal Blog

I started personal blogging as a way to give my thoughts a home—a space where my experiences, lessons, dreams, and quiet reflections could live beyond my journal pages. Between building my career, managing finances, exploring new places, and navigating life as a woman constantly learning and evolving, I realized I had stories worth telling. Writing became my way of slowing down, making sense of my journey, and honoring both the milestones and the messy in-between moments. This blog is where I document not just where I go, but who I am becoming along the way.

Over time, blogging grew into something deeper than self-expression. It became a bridge—connecting me with people who may be walking similar paths, feeling similar doubts, or chasing similar dreams. Whether I’m sharing travel reflections, personal finance insights, creative pursuits, or lessons from love and self-growth, my hope is always the same: that someone out there feels seen, encouraged, or a little more confident about their own journey. This space is my reminder that growth doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be honest.
