My thoughts run free here…

Welcome to my blog

This is my corner of the Internet for sharing stories, ideas, and my travel experiences that shape my daily life…

  • Guess Who?

Hi people. It’s been a long time since I blogged. I’ve been quite busy lately. But enjoying too. Now let’s see. Guess who is this in these pictures?

  • Anti-smoking ad

Look at this gruesome anti-smoking ad. There are even worser ads around. But I just chose this one. It is scary for any first-timers and non-smokers. But definetely not scary for the most of us. I could only find the Australian version. There’s a Singaporean version too. When do these people ever learn that such…

  • My best friends

It’s me, Kasturi and Kalpana. My best friends. Hoping that they are doing well in their teaching job:) All the best jaans!

  • What the F*CK?

Man, I’m starting to love this person. Haha:)

  • The Big B

It’s not hard to make any decisions ’cause I know where to go. I’ve applied for three scholarships so far: CAAS, Firefly and NUS Undergraduate Scholarship. I’m not so…

  • Thinking about…

I feel very moody. Might be due to PMS. So I didn’t feel like updating my blog. I was also quite busy with work and other stuff. I’m also thinking about which course to choose. Although I’m clear about what I want, I still have some doubts. I’m expecting to clear them when I go…

Why I Started My Personal Blog

I started personal blogging as a way to give my thoughts a home—a space where my experiences, lessons, dreams, and quiet reflections could live beyond my journal pages. Between building my career, managing finances, exploring new places, and navigating life as a woman constantly learning and evolving, I realized I had stories worth telling. Writing became my way of slowing down, making sense of my journey, and honoring both the milestones and the messy in-between moments. This blog is where I document not just where I go, but who I am becoming along the way.

Over time, blogging grew into something deeper than self-expression. It became a bridge—connecting me with people who may be walking similar paths, feeling similar doubts, or chasing similar dreams. Whether I’m sharing travel reflections, personal finance insights, creative pursuits, or lessons from love and self-growth, my hope is always the same: that someone out there feels seen, encouraged, or a little more confident about their own journey. This space is my reminder that growth doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be honest.
